Landscapers

Landscape or maintain grounds of Five Oaks properties using hand and power tools and equipment. The Landscaper typically performs a variety of tasks, which may include repair, maintenance, and cleaning of properties, equipment and structures.

Job duties:

• General cleaning of dog kennels and lodge
• Lawn maintenance at all Five Oaks properties
• Landscape duties on all properties such as planting flowers and shrubs, trimming shrubs, installing mulch
• Lodge maintenance including cleaning, repairing, painting inside and outside, small concrete and masonry projects, etc.
• Maintain sprinkler system on all properties
• Fabrication of pits and duck blinds
• Maintenance of landscape and lawn care equipment
• Oversight on projects including carpentry, plumbing, and welding
• Maintain tractor logs, and service power unit sheets
• Installation of water control structures and pipes
• Welding of pipes, screw gates, and cat walks
• Operating backhoe and general farming equipment

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in sprinkler maintenance
• Two years of experience operating backhoe and general farming equipment
• One year of experience welding pipes
